Engaged in inventory control and management efforts for export trading company; oversaw data management and analysis of $10,000 (80,000 RMB) project. Earned support and approval from CEO to guide project efforts for improved inventory control; conducted workshop investigation, inventory forecasting and simulation. Interfaced with remote UK advisors; compiled and analyzed data.

1. Leveraged knowledge of analysis and strategic planning to devise effort that captured 12% inventory cost reduction.
